David L. Ganje practices commercial law and maintains a natural resources and environmental law practice. He has grounded his legal experience as a practicing attorney, a commodity arbitrator, a member of the board of directors of a bank and an adjunct professor to hone his skills in these areas of practice.

In the transactional arena, Ganje provides confidential legal analysis, representation and opinions in commercial and natural-resources acquisition and sale agreements as well as due diligence representation as both lead counsel and co-counsel.
