10-Code, LLC was established in 2014 and consists of two separate and independent divisions: 10-Code Security and Investigations, and 10-Code Energy Services.

10-Code Security and Investigations provide unique security and investigative services to organizations working in the oil and gas industry. Through protecting assets and reducing risk for our clients we can contribute to promoting a safe work environment and maximizing profitability and efficiency. 10-Code, LLC is licensed by the State of North Dakota Private Investigation Security Board to provide armed security and private investigative services. We are also willing to pursue licensing in additional States if required to provide security and investigative services to our clients outside of North Dakota as well. Services that can be provided include: Armed or unarmed, uniformed or plain clothes security; Marked or unmarked roving patrols; Site access control; Executive protection details; Site Emergency Response Team (SERT); High risk terminations or staff reductions; Paper service; Landowner disputes; Liaison with Federal, State and Local law enforcement; and conduct in depth investigations.

In 2017, 10-Code, LLC also established the 10-Code Energy Services division to provide more traditional production services to our clients. Utilizing a staff of experienced professionals, the 10-Code Energy Services division can provide Flow Testing and Contract Pumping services. 10-Code Energy Services also offers a one kind Compliance Program designed to reduce loss and maximize profitability for our clients by ensuring compliance with client specific, and industry standard practices as they apply to activities conducted by lease operators, contract pumpers, oil buyers and water haulers.
