Synergy Heating LLC was formed to address a number of the major issues and challenges of heating water in the oil and gas industry. Stemming from many years of experience heating frac water we believed there had to be a better and safer way to heat the large volumes of water needed to successfully complete a fracing operation. We ultimately developed and patented a unique direct fire heating system that we believe is far safer to operate, eliminates many of the dangers inherent to traditional heating systems in use by virtually every other heating company and ultimately are much better for the environment. Our heaters have no exposed flame of any sort, which virtually eliminates the possibility of an onsite fire that can be, and has been, caused by traditional methods of heating water. On our units there is no place that an individual can place their hand and be burned and there is no insulation what so ever. None on the sides, none on the top, none on the bottom. NONE IS NEEDED. There is no longer the worry of losing water flow and having a traditional heating coil develop high steam pressures placing anyone at risk of steam burns. There are no flames shooting above heater units or licking over the sides in high winds endangering critical components or fuel tanks and supplies. The possibility of igniting flammable vapors on a site by our unit is eliminated.

     The exhaust gas leaving our system is only a few degrees warmer than that of the inlet water coming in to be heated, Guaranteed.  This relationship between the temperature of the inlet water and the exhaust gas assures that the system is nearly 99% efficient. We not only burn the fuel cleanly and completely but also deliver almost all of the heat to the water being heated, making our system the safest and most environmentally friendly heating system available today.  Much of the exhaust pollution created in the combustion of the fuel used is scrubbed from the exhaust stream by the heating process

      In addition to the inherent safety features of our heating process, we have state-of-the-art safety controls. The computer control system will not allow an operator to unsafely defeat or override any safety control. Our operators are well trained and are closely supervised by individuals who have many years of experience in the frac heating industry. Our overarching tenet of operation is based on two key principles, DO IT SAFELY OR NOT AT ALL & THERE IS ALWAYS TIME TO DO IT RIGHT.

Synergy Heating units are compact and have an onsite footprint half the size of comparable units.
